Review: Brave is not a bad film by any means, but it does nothing to stand out either. The characters are decent, the story is decent, but despite the title, the film does not take risks and play everything safe. This is a simple story of a girl who desafíaa his parents, and while there are occasional moments when the story seems to be headed in an interesting direction, heading rapidly towards its single core tale. The easier comparison of this film would be The Little Mermaid, another story of a young princess who goes against the wishes of her parents and following your heart. The main difference in the two is that Ariel from The Little Mermaid has goals and ambitions, a different idea of ââwhat you want in life, while Merida from Brave just want to be free in a very vague and general. She is more like a concept of a character a feeling that extends to all film.Brave is at best a simple morality tale well animated. The kids will probably enjoy it and leave no doubt see the adults, although this might be wishing they were watching a movie more interesting Pixar differently.
