Review: I have been fortunate to see this film twice. I admit, I was not really fond of it because the trailer looks both ex and cheesy! With that said, I'm glad I took a risk and see it, otherwise I would have missed the masterpiece that is not manual!. It proved to be one of the most beautiful, tender, sweet, insightful and powerful films of my time. I'm going to make it go as far as it ranks with the imitation of life. The simplicity of this film is what makes it a gem that stands on its own it. The spectacle of Eugenio Derbez (one of the biggest stars in Mexico) is just easy. As for Loreto Peralta, daughter Maggie, there are no words to describe her acting chops, it is both a revelation and a miracle child. She's going to win from the get-go. I will not say anything. Above the other, than it needs to be seen, and experienced film I can guarantee you that the theater left speechless and excited. I hope that Mexico chooses Instructions not included as a candidate for the Oscar template. This movie is pure gold!
